Four Leicester title winners snubbed after BMW supercar giveaway

When Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha took a controlling stake of Leicester City in 2010, he may have had ambitions to get them back to the Premier League but not in his wildest dreams could he have predicted their amazing rise. The Foxes defied 5,000/1 odds to win the Premier League title, completing one of the greatest underdog stories in modern sporting history, let alone within football. It was an achievement that sent the players into international recognition and vastly increased the value of the club.

Srivaddhanaprabha, who owns Thai company King Power, is already worth and estimated $3.3billion so he will hardly be concerned with his share price but he certainly wants to let the players know just how appreciative he is.

And the best way to do that is to, obviously, give every player who played a Premier League game last season a £105,000 BMW i8 supercar. The Sun posted pictures from an unknown source earlier on Friday appearing to show 19 blue cars parked outside Leicester's King Power Stadium. But Claudio Ranieri used 23 players en route to winning England's elite division, so what gives? Well, The Sun believe four players were left off of the gift list. They include N'Golo Kante,Joe Dodoo,Andrej Kramaric, Yohan Benalouane.
