Africans will need visas for entry into Ghana from July

John Dramani Mahama, Ghana's President has said that citizens from other Africans countries now have to apply for visas before being allowed entry into Ghana. He made the statement during his State of the Nation address earlier this month that visas will be issued at the entry point and would attract an option of 30 days stay in the country.
Mahama said" With effect from July this year, we will be allowing citizens of AU Member States to enter our country and obtain visas on arrival with the option to stay for up to thirty days and experience what our country has to offer".
