Restricted movement in Lagos ahead of International Marathon

History will be made on the 6th of February, 2016 as Lagos City would be hosting the Lagos International Marathon, which was last held in 1983.The marathon event boasts of over 20,000 athletes in attendance this includes over 20 world class marathon runners.
The marathon which will start from the National Stadium to Anthony, and thereafter to Gbagada road,Third Mainland Bridge through Alfred Rewane to Lekki Ikoyi Bridge and terminate at Eko Atlantic City.
The Marathon will commence at 7am, but the restriction of traffic will start by 6:30am and end at 1pm, organizers assured that security operatives and officials of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) will be on ground.
