The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared former Senate President, Senator David Mark of the People's Democratic Party(PDP) as the winner of the Benue South Senatorial election re-run held on Saturday, defeating the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Daniel Onjeh.
