Mario Balotelli has struggled to make positive impact during his second spell on loan at AC Milan, while Liverpool manager Jurgen Kopp has no plan for the striker in Anfield.
Liverpool are planning to offload Balotelli to a Chinese super league club,who has failed to attract interest from other clubs in the Premier League or Serie A.
