Diego Costa hospitalized after Chelsea's game today

       
Chelsea striker Diego Costa was taken to the hospital after he sustained an injury on his shin,which appeared to be severe.
Manager, Guus Hiddinck confirmed it when he told reporters that "He's in the hospital and they will have a scan", he also said the result has not been known yet. Diego costa,scored in the 64th minute to spark a comeback for his team. He was replaced by Loic Remy in the 80th minute after hurting himself.
