A later from Late Dora Akunyili to Buhari Just Surfaced the Internet

This is so laudable and quite re-assuring that Nigerians can have integrity.... You see, back then in 1998 General Buhari was the Chairman of the Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund (PTF), whilst the late Prof. Dora Akunyili was the Zonal Secretary (South-east) for the PTF. The general had approved £17,100 for her medical treatment, but the hospital in the US only made use of £5000, reurning £12,000 to her.
